The WinRM client cannot process the request. If you do not specify an authentication mechanism or you specify Kerberos, then you cannot use an IP address for the remote hostname. You can explicitly specify a different authentication mechanism than Kerberos or specify the remote host as a DNS name or NetBIOS name instead of an IP address.
