Klasa usług typu <var>Type Name</var> jednocześnie definiuje obiekt ServiceContract i dziedziczy go z typu X. Dziedziczenie kontraktów jest możliwe tylko między typami interfejsów. Jeśli klasa jest oznaczona przy użyciu atrybutu ServiceContractAttribute, inne klasy usług nie mogą od niej pochodzić.
