Si es true, al estado del historial del servidor se le aplica un algoritmo hash con la misma configuración que ViewState. Cuando es false, el estado del historial del servidor es un diccionario de cadenas no cifradas que puede modificar el usuario final cambiando la dirección URL.

When true, the server-side history state is hashed using the same settings as ViewState. When false, the server history state is a clear-text string dictionary that can be modified by the end user by modifying the url.
