Toegang tot de tijdelijke directory is geweigerd. Het proces waaronder XmlSerializer wordt uitgevoerd, beschikt niet over voldoende machtigingen om toegang tot de tijdelijke directory te kunnen krijgen. CodeDom maakt gebruik van de gebruikersaccount die door het proces wordt gebruikt om de compilatie uit te voeren. Als de gebruiker dus geen toegang heeft tot de tijdelijke directory van het systeem, is compileren niet mogelijk. Gebruik Path.GetTempPath() API om de locatie van de tijdelijke directory te bepalen.

Access to the temp directory is denied. The process under which XmlSerializer is running does not have sufficient permission to access the temp directory. CodeDom will use the user account the process is using to do the compilation, so if the user doesn�t have access to system temp directory, you will not be able to compile. Use Path.GetTempPath() API to find out the temp directory location.
