An object of type '<var>Type Name</var>' which derives from DataContractResolver returned a null typeName or typeNamespace but not both from its TryResolveType method when attempting to resolve the name for an object of type 'X'. Change the TryResolveType implementation to return non-null values, or to return null values for both typeName and typeNamespace in order to serialize as the declared type.
