特定レベルの構成セクションを、それよりも下のレベルで上書きできるようにロックを解除します。構成パスを指定する識別子が指定された場合は、そのパスで指定されたセクションに対する構成のロックを解除します。それ以外の場合は、サーバー レベルで指定されたセクションの構成のロックを解除します。

Unlock the configuration section at a particular level so that its settings can be overridden at lower levels. If the identifier specifying the configuration path is specified, unlocks the configuration for the specified section for that path. Otherwise unlocks the configuration for the specified section at the server level.
