Viser eller angir en søkebane for kjørbare filer. PATH [[stasjon:]bane[;...][;%%PATH%%] PATH ;Skriv PATH ; for å fjerne alle søkebaneinnstillinger og angi at cmd.exe bare skal søke i gjeldende mappe. Skriv PATH uten parametere for å vise gjeldende bane. Hvis du tar med %%PATH%% i den nye søkebaneinnstillingen, blir den gamle banen lagt til den nye innstillingen.

PATH [[drive:]path[;...][;%%PATH%%] PATH ;Type PATH ; to clear all search-path settings and direct cmd.exe to search only in the current directory. Type PATH without parameters to display the current path. Including %%PATH%% in the new path setting causes the old path to be appended to the new setting.
