DHCP-palvelin ei voi käyttää tietokantaa. Jos tämä palvelu käynnistettiin ensimmäistä kertaa päivitettyäsi NT3.51:stä tai aikaisemmasta käyttöjärjestelmästä, DHCP-tietokanta täytyy muuntaa uuteen JET-tietokantamuotoon käyttämällä upg351db.exe-ohjelmaa. Tämän jälkeen käynnistä DHCP-palvelu uudelleen.
