The shadow copy could not be imported, because the Backup Components Document XML file in the metadata .cab file was not valid. Check that the correct file was specified in the LOAD METADATA command. Only shadow copies with the TRANSPORTABLE option can be imported using IMPORT. Non-transportable shadow copies get imported to the same machine automatically.
