Por compatibilidad con versiones anteriores de IIS, se cargó desde el registro el filtro "%1" como un filtro global. Para controlar el filtro con el Administrador de servicios Internet, quite el filtro del registro y agréguelo como un filtro global con el Administrador de servicios Internet. Los filtros en el registro están guardados en "HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\W3Svc\Parameters\Filter DLLs".

To control the filter with the Internet Service Manager, remove the filter from the registry and add it as a global filter with Internet Service Manager.
