アセンブリは ［名前を付けて保存］ ダイアログ ボックスのみにアクセスできます。ファイル保存するにはこのダイアログ内で行ってください。このアクセス許可によって、アセンブリはファイルを保存することなく、またファイルへのファイル IO アクセス許可の許可なしに、ファイルのコンテンツを取得することができます。

Assemblies only have access to the Save File dialog box, and are permitted to save files through this dialog. This permission allows assemblies to persist the contents of a file without saving the file or being granted File IO Permission to those files.
