WINS kan het verbindingsblok voor een NetBT-verbinding niet vinden. Controleer of de leesactie van het bericht is beschadigd. WINS kijkt naar bit 11-14 van het bericht om te bepalen of de verbinding van een andere WINSkomt of van een NetBT-knooppunt. Het is mogelijk dat de bits beschadigd zijn of dat wat de ene WINS-server in deze bits verwacht niet overeenkomt met wat de andere WINS-server verwacht.

WINS could not look up the association block for a NetBIOS over TCP/IP (NetBT) association. Check to see if the message read is corrupted. WINS looks at bit 11-14 of the message to determine if the association is from another WINS or from an NetBT node. It is possible that the bits are corrupted or that there is a mismatch between what the two WINS servers expect to see in those bits.
