既存のデータベースが Windows 2000 形式への変換を必要とするため、WINS を起動できませんでした。Windows NT 3.51 からのアップグレード後初めて WINS を起動しようとしている場合は、WINS データベースに対して変換ユーティリティ (%%SystemRoot%%\system32 ディレクトリの upg351db.exe) を実行し、新しい改善されたデータベース形式に変換する必要があります。その後、WINS を再起動してください。
