Un elemento wsdl:binding in una DESCRIZIONE DEVE specificare il protocollo di trasporto HTTP con associazione SOAP. Nello specifico, l'attributo transport dell'elemento figlio corrispondente soapbind:binding DEVE avere il valore "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/http". Si noti che questo requisito non vieta l'utilizzo di HTTPS. Vedere il requisito R5000.

Specifically, the transport attribute of its soapbind:binding child MUST have the value "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/http". Note that this requirement does not prohibit the use of HTTPS; See R5000.
