Элемент wsdl:binding в ОПИСАНИИ ДОЛЖЕН определять транспортный протокол HTTP с SOAP-привязкой. А именно, атрибут Transport его потомка soapbind:binding ДОЛЖЕН иметь значение "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/http". Следует отметить, что это требование не запрещает использовать HTTP (см. R5000).
