アセンブリは ［開く］ ダイアログ ボックスおよび ［名前を付けて保存］ ダイアログ ボックスのみにアクセスできます。ファイルを開いて保存するにはこれらのダイアログ内で行ってください。このアクセス許可によって、アセンブリはファイルを開くことなく、またファイルへのファイル IO アクセス許可の許可なしに、ファイルを取得し保持することができます。

Assemblies only have access to the Open File dialog box and Save File dialog box, and are permitted to open and save files through these dialogs. This permission allows assemblies to obtain or persist the contents of a file without opening the file or being granted File IO Permission to those files.
