‏‏בעת ניסיון לפרסם את המדפסת לשירות מדריך הכתובות Active Directory, למנגנון ההדפסה ברקע לא היתה אפשרות למצוא את הגורם המכיל המתאים של תור ההדפסה מאחר שלא היתה אפשרות לאחזר את שם התחום של מערכת שמות תחומים (DNS). שגיאה: %1. בעיה זו יכולה להתרחש אם ל- DNS אין אפשרות לזהות את כתובת ה- IP של בקר התחום או אם בקר התחום או שירות מדריך הכתובות אינם פועלים כהלכה. המדפסת אינה מתפרסמת ב- Active Directory, ואין אפשרות לאתר אותה על-ידי חיפוש ב- Active Directory.
